Pollutants and other stressors bombard our inner and outer environments. As our natural capability to filter and renew is compromised, it becomes challenging to keep these environments healthy.

As a health care practitioner for over 35 years, in both traditional and complementary therapies, I’d like to suggest some select products I use and have found beneficial for balancing in a toxic world.

For several decades, I have been a Certified Master Reiki Practitioner. This gentle, relaxing technique channels energy to facilitate mental/physical healing. Reiki is a non-invasive, non-manipulative process that may revitalize and restore inner harmony, as well as enhance the creative self. Reiki treatments are offered in the central Massachusetts area by appointment.

I’m a strong believer in the Enagic line of water ionizing machines.

Three models I recommend are:

The Enagic Leveluk 501

Enagic’s top of the line ionizing model. It boasts 7 ionizing chambers, and is a fully automatic unit that is very simple to operate.

The Enagic Leveluk Jr. II

A fully functional unit with 3 ionizing plates, a well-priced option.

The Enagic Sunus

The most basic model produced by Enagic. It was developed as the answer for the frequent traveler, the consumer who wants a second unit, and for those with tight budget constraints.

While it is a great unit, the Sunus does not produce strong alkaline or acidic waters. It does, however, produce all drinking waters as well as beauty water. Its best use is as a second unit in the home.
